Live English and Spanish tutors are available from 2 to 10 p.m. daily. Vietnamese tutors are available from 4 to 7 p.m.

What should I do if I don’t have my Library card number?
You can call us at 206-386-4636 and we will look up your Library card number. You can also Ask Us online by chat or email.
Can I get virtual tutoring if I don’t have a Library card?
Yes, if you are a Seattle Public Schools student. You can use your school ID as your Library card through Library Link.
Can I still use Tutor.com if I owe Library fines or fees?
Yes, you can still use your Library card to access Tutor.com if you have charges on your account. Teens may request a waiver to have charges removed. If you need help accessing Tutor.com, please call us at 206-386-4636.
Can Tutor.com help elementary school (K-5) students improve reading skills?
Yes. They can help you improve your reading skills at any age or reading level.
Can Tutor.com help with college papers?
Yes, they can help! Tutor.com has an adult education center where you can get help with college papers, test preparation and job readiness. Login with your Library card at Tutor.com/SPL.
Is Tutor.com available in languages other than English?
Yes! Tutor.com is available daily in Spanish from 2 to 10 p.m., and in Vietnamese from 4 to 7 p.m.
