Stop by The Seattle Public Library’s Lake City Branch this Friday, Aug. 9, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a free Resource Fair that offers celebration, connection and community.
Providers on hand will include a mobile medical van, a foot clinic, a phone provider, and a small clothes closet, complete with shoes. The Department of Social & Human Services will help with public benefits enrollment and DOL2GO will help renew or enroll for IDs.
You can also enjoy live music and free refreshments, and learn about Library services from staff.
Other organizations providing services or information at the Resource Fair include Lake City Partners, North Helpline, SHARE/WHEEL, Washington Recovery Alliance, Akin Family Resource Center, Sound Mental Health, REACH, and Consejo.
The Lake City Branch is located at 12501 28th Ave. N.E., Seattle.
