After a long, cold winter, don’t stay cooped up for spring break! The Seattle Public Library has planned pop-up writing events with The Bureau of Fearless Ideas, and celebratory crafts, games, movies, and more fun between Monday, April 14 and Friday, April 18, when Seattle Public Schools students are on break.

You can also stop by one of The Seattle Public Library’s 27 locations any time during open hours to explore the books and toys in the children’s sections, use services such as free printing, check out new books and get help from staff.  The Library also now has sensory kits for in-library use that include items such as fidget toys, LCD tablets and sensory-minimization tools to make the library more welcoming and accessible.

All Library events are free and open to the public. Events that require registration are highlighted below. Find more events, including story times, at our Kids & Families calendar.
